• O C T. XXXI. • Bauhaus — “Bela Lugosi's Dead”

SUPER SPECIAL SAMHAIN EDITION, PART III:

From the 1979 7" Bela Lugosi's Dead.

The first Bauhaus release, and they sure got it right the first time, as I personally don't think they ever topped it. Gothic perfection.

  1. Woo! You brought the goods, yet again. Congratulations on putting together such a good selection of stuff. Quite a bit of this was unknown to me, and I always like finding weird new stuff. You did a good job on this blog. Think you'll do it again next year?

I hope you had a good Halloween.

  2. Thanks! Had a great Halloween here. I drove around with my sister looking at some Halloween displays while we listened to a couple of mix CDs of some of my favorites I posted here, and had a mini marathon of some of my favorite horror flicks (Suspira, The Devil Rides Out, Evil Dead II, 10,000 Years to Earth). A week later, and I still haven't carved my pumpkin.

At first, I was thinking that this would be a one time deal, as I've already blown all my "top 10" favorites on this year, but I think I actually may have enough to do another one next year...
